Cedar.

A familiar looking evergreen tree that often graces our parks and country estates, often growing to huge sizes up to 130 foot tall with the trunks growing up to 9 foot in diameter, its a tree that played a huge part in history.

Used by the Egyptians in mummification and many of their structures, it is now being planted in turkey up to 50 million as people are realising the importance of its timber.

We hope to have a regular supply, a joy to work with as it fills our workshop with a fantastic aroma once machined.
